Making an appointment for a semi-permanent manicure with a design on 12/19, unfortunately I had difficulties with the desired design due to a lack of suitable glitter (two technicians confirmed this) and therefore a red color with a pearl and a design on two nails (Santa's cap) was chosen , which cost 15 euros (without deduction, although I don't think it is charged extra). Although the technician who served me was kind and the result was nice, the effect of the pearl faded within a few hours. This experience as a whole does not reflect the quality of service I was used to in the past, in general I recognize your effort but I cannot hide my dissatisfaction from the last visit.
I hope it will be taken into account to avoid a similar event in the future.
- Now 4 days later, 5 of the 8 pearly nails have peeled off.
I made a last minute appointment - a day before - between Christmas and New Years.
They served me exactly at the times I wanted, they were polite, the girl who did my nails had experience and it showed.
The place is very nice and nice atmosphere!
Regarding the duration of the work (semi-permanent on a natural nail)
Two weeks later - approximately - it's as if I just left the store.
And the price is very reasonable for the work done.

Absolutely unacceptable. They didn't inform me that I can do maintenance on the tips I already had and because I didn't know that, I closed for semi-permanent. And when I got there because I was booked for semi-permanent they forced me to remove the tips
Unfortunately, the last time I visited the store I was not happy at all. In the past I never had a complaint, I usually left very happy. I did a very simple semi-permanent and my nails look like my three-year-old daughter did them to me!!! Maybe the girls should be trained better or given more time to get used to it!!! I don't think I will visit the store again...
